Here are your refund options for cruises canceled by South Florida’s major cruise lines

The three major cruise lines based in South Florida, all of which have canceled cruises into April in the worldwide novel coronavirus pandemic, put out refund options for affected customers Saturday.

Carnival Cruise Line

Cruise lines: Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Costa Cruises, Cunard, P&O Cruises, P&O Cruises Austrialia, AIDA, Seabourn.

Canceled cruises: Departing March 14 through April 9.

Refund options: If you were set to be on a cruise of six days or longer, you can get a full refund or a 100% credit toward a future cruise plus $600 on board credit per state room if you book your next cruise by Dec. 31, 2020 for departure before Dec. 31, 2022. Those who were going on a cruise of five days or less have the same options in the same time frame, but the on board credit is $300 per state room.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Ltd.

Cruise lines: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, TUI Cruises, Silversea Cruises, Pullmantur.

Canceled cruises: Departing March 14 through April 10.

Refund options: Customers can accept a 125% future cruise credit to be used on a cruise by Dec. 31, 2021. This will automatically be issued on April 13, 2020. All prepaid amenities will be automatically refunded. If you just want a full refund, you can request that by Dec. 31, 2021. If the future cruise credit has been issued, it will be deactivated for those who request a refund.

Norwegian Cruise Line

Cruise lines: Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Canceled cruises: Departing March 13 through April 11.

Refund options: If you were supposed to get on the ship March 13 through March 17, you can get a 150% credit toward a future cruise before Dec. 31, 2022. For those whose cruises were supposed to start between March 18 and April 11, the future cruise credit for voyages before Dec. 31, 2022 is 125%.

Alternatively, customers can choose a 100% refund. Those customers must wait until March 23 before clicking here to request a refund.

MSC Cruises

Canceled cruises: All Caribbean cruises departing March 14 through April 30.

Refund options: Either a 100 percent refund of the cruise or a 125 percent future cruise credit toward a cruise before Dec. 31, 2021. Click here to choose an option.
